Part2. About Loading

6, How many such safes can be loaded in a 20ft, 40ft, and 40ft high.

We could calculate and make container loaded simulation when you give us actual items and number. Actual number can be changed according to some packing or loading method like using pallet or not , using one layer loading or two (or three) layer loading.

7, How much the weight can a 20ft, 40ft, and 40ft high load. ??

It’s depends on the destination port, different countries have different container max. weight limit. So ask your forwarder (shipping agent) for the maximum weight of your country. Generally

20FT normally 16-17 Ton

40FT HQ normally 20-24Ton

8, Can I mix models below MOQ in one container ?

It is ok to ship this way. For the first order, we consider it as a sample order. So it is ok to mix many models and does not meet our MOQ. But for the second order, please take our MOQ into consideration.

Part3. Delivery Conditions

9,  Do you only offer FOB Ningbo?

We can also give you CFR or CIF price.

10,  Could you offer CIF   

Yes, of course.

11, Can you help me seek a forwarder (shipping agent)? 

Yes

Part4.OEM/ODM, Customer Brand, Custom Products, Sample, Manufacturing time, MOQ…

12, Do you offer OEM/ODM? 

YES.

13, Could you supply clamps with our brand?

Yes. But you may have to pay model fee for your logo. The mole fee is according to what type or size your logo is.

14, Could you produce such clamps ?

Pleae provide us drawing, sample, picture, or technical description ,I have to consult with technicians, and give you the answer.

15, May I receive a sample of this kind of clamps?

Yes, we can give them free of charge ,but you should pay the charge of samples delivery in advance. If we have to open mold to produce sample, you should also pay the full mold fee in advance.

16,How long does it usually take you to make delivery?

It depends on how many different models you order. You know for the first/trial order, we have to work out many details, so for the first order, it takes approx 35-40 days after all the spec is set. From the 2^nd order, is 35days.

Part5. After service

17,What is your company policy on warranty?

We are not those companies who walk away after giving bad product to you.

When you receive container, we want your feed back after 3 weeks from the receiving date. If the whole container has production problem, we can discuss this case by case. We may need photos, description of problem or actual clamps. But basically we take responsibility of the product we sold.
